Our administrative team is led by Wendi Macias. Wendi handles all day to day operations at the school and manages the office staff. Wendi and her team are the ones who welcome children and parents into the center when first dropped off, handle enrollment, attendance, answer questions and concerns, as well as all office related work. They keep the school running smoothly.

Cintya Torres is our lead teacher. Together with Shaleen, Cintya’s primary focus is to make sure the children are learning using the best quality methods and tools available. She tests all children for progress and helps develop curriculum to meet their needs. She is constantly researching and purchasing new learning tools and activities for the kids.

The relationship between a child and their teacher has a major role in a child’s early learning.  Our preschool teachers possess a DCF Staff Credential. It is important that our teachers are a good fit for their class, the families we serve, and our school as a whole.

We believe that training is of top importance.  Our teachers take courses each year that meet their individual training goals and the school’s needs.  In the past we have participated in trainings on topics like: teacher/child interactions, preschool literacy, ADHD/Autism, and classroom management, among many others.
